Estiko Group Plans Expansion Near Tartu’s South Center

Tartu – The Estiko group is pursuing a significant development project in Rõngu, Estonia, following the 2019 replacement of the former physics institute with the Novapolis business building. Plans now involve the construction of new commercial and office buildings adjacent to the existing Novapolis business park, located near Tartu’s South Center. The Estiko group, through its subsidiary FI Kinnisvara, initiated an architectural competition for the proposed development on the Spektri 6 plot.

Dagopen secured the contract with the winning design concept, titled “Link.” This project represents a substantial investment by the group and is intended to expand the area’s commercial offerings. The planned development will contribute to the ongoing revitalization of the Rõngu area. Visualizations are available to provide an overview of the anticipated future landscape.

The Estiko group’s ambitions align with broader regional development goals, focusing on creating a modern business environment. Further details regarding timelines and specific building specifications are expected to be released in the coming months.
