In the final, Jefimova recorded a time of 30.73. The 50-meter freestyle event saw Ralf Tribuntsov set the best time for the season. In the 100-meter breaststroke event, Jefimova faced competition from Mona McSharry of Ireland, who took second place with a time of 30.98.
