During a rally competition taking place in the Pozoblanco region of Spain, Estonian rally talent Jaspar Vaher has established a clear lead after the first four stages of the event. This multi-day competition is scheduled to consist of eight stages, covering a total distance of 97.54 kilometers. As of the initial stages, the 19-year-old Estonian competitor has not encountered any significant challenges. Vaher began strongly in the first stage, utilizing a Rally2 car belonging to the Toyota youth program. On a 9.68 km stage, he managed to maintain a lead over his closest competitor, Takumi Matsushita, who was driving the same model vehicle, with a margin of 7.1 seconds. The remaining competitors quickly fell into a tight grouping. His dominance was further evident in the second stage. On a 14.94 km track, the performance of the Estonian rally talent remained notable. The rally in Hispaanias continues to showcase the growing capabilities of young Eesti drivers on the international stage.
