You can use winter tires on Sundays

The Department of Transportation announced that the use of winter tires is permitted beginning Sunday, October 15th, for vehicles traveling during the day and primarily in urban areas or along major roadways. Vehicles will be allowed to use winter tires. From December 1st, the use of winter tires will be mandatory for all vehicles operating under these conditions.
