Estonia has expanded the period during which drivers can utilize snow tires. Effective Sunday, vehicles are permitted to use snow tires. The regulation will become mandatory starting December 1st. All-season tires will continue to be allowed for use. Since October 15th, the use of snow tires has been permitted in Estonia.
