A family visited the Mustamäe Prisma last weekend and reported an incident involving a promotional offer on pineapples. The father of the family stated, “I saw that it was a really good offer, so I took them all the bag of pineapples.” However, upon reaching the checkout, he was informed that two pineapples had been placed in the bag and he would be charged double for the quantity. The man felt he was cheated. Prisma has stated they will address the situation with the cashier who was involved.
