WANT A TREE?⟩ Journalists of Helsingin Sanomat are being accused of a crime

The editorial office of Helsingin Sanomat, Finland’s largest newspaper, is located in the city center of helsingin in a business and office building called Sanomatalo. Three journalists face accusations related to an article published in Helsingin Sanomat (HS) in 2021 concerning the actions of a police officer. The accused are denying the allegations.

The case centers on an article titled “Aamumärkien varjossa” (“In the shadow of the morning marks”) which appeared in the publication two years prior, according to Ilta-Sanomat.
