A Michigan couple renovating their home discovered a hidden, decades-old swimming pool – and a significant amount of human remains – beneath their property. The couple, who wished to remain anonymous, initiated the renovation project on their rural property in Roscommon County. During the demolition of a detached garage, they unearthed a concrete structure that turned out to be a swimming pool dating back to the 1960s. Further investigation revealed the pool was filled with a substantial quantity of human remains. The couple immediately contacted the Roscommon County Sheriff’s Office, who subsequently alerted the FBI. Authorities are currently investigating the remains and attempting to identify the individuals. The couple recorded a video of the discovery, which has since been widely circulated.
