Tyumy, a prominent businessman, recently showcased his luxurious apartment in Tbilisi, Georgia, featuring a significant collection of modern art and high-end goods. The tour, conducted on October 27, 2021, highlighted a diverse array of possessions, including several expensive paintings and branded items. Tyumy, 38, stated that he has been accumulating modern art for over a decade, with the collection now exceeding the capacity of his apartment and partially stored elsewhere.

He expressed intentions to potentially establish a gallery to display his holdings. Notably, he possesses two rare Louis Vuitton suitcases, each featuring a colorful print designed by Takashi Murakami, a favorite artist. He also detailed the acquisition of numerous Kaws sculptures, which have gained popularity among collectors.

The apartment’s design was overseen by architects Arthur Sharf and Artem Zverev, who were introduced to Tyumy through a mutual acquaintance. The space, spanning nearly 400 square meters on the top floor, incorporates two bedrooms alongside a vast living room, reflecting Tyumy’s request for a dynamic and energizing environment. It is worth noting that Tyumy separated from Anastasiya Resheva last year after six years of cohabitation, and they share two children: Ratmir and Alyosha (from model Alena Shishkova).

Despite the separation, the former couple maintains amicable relations. The apartment includes dedicated children’s rooms for Ratmir and Alyosha.
