Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania have reached a joint understanding regarding the potential presence of Russian citizens within their territories. According to Urmas Reinsalu, the Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Baltic countries will decide for themselves whether to allow or not to allow their territory to be used by Russian citizens. The countries’ governments will now present their views.
