A group of four blind people from Finland experienced an incident during their travel on the Eckerö Line’s Finlandia ship. The individuals, who were traveling from Tallinn to Helsinki, requested assistance with food service on board. According to one member of the group, the Eckerö Line crew did not provide the promised help with locating and serving the food.
