Urmas Kull, of Järva, Estonia, has been selected as the “Year’s Father” in a competition organized by the Järvamaa Foundation, Kaitseliidu Järva malev, and Dmitri Kotjuh Naiskodukaitse Järva ring. The recognition is accompanied by a globe-shaped talisman crafted from wood. Kull expressed surprise at receiving the honor.
