Street cleaning operations are underway in Tartu following the recent melting of heavy snowfall. City cleaning machines have been working on streets and roads since last Saturday. “The ice is so thick that we cannot work at full capacity yet,” explained Madis Tammeorg, a city cleaning specialist.
