Two Students Advance to Final of “Rakett69” Science Competition The final round of the “Rakett69” science competition will take place on April 4th, culminating in the announcement of the season’s winner and a prize of €15,000, awarded by the Estonian Science Agency. Two students will compete for the top honor: Kristjan Lepp and Madis Roosma. Kristjan Lepp, a student at Hugo Treffneri Gymnasium, and Madis Roosma, a student at Tartu University, initially met several years ago at a summer camp focused on preparing young individuals for Olympic-level endeavors. Their paths converged again within the context of this demanding science competition. The “Rakett69” competition challenges participants to develop and present innovative science projects. The final event will showcase the culmination of their efforts, with judges evaluating the contestants’ work. This competition highlights the growing interest in science among Estonian students. The ultimate goal is to identify and recognize exceptional talent within the field. The winner will be determined based on the quality of their project and presentation. Kristjan and Madis will be competing for the title of science winner.
