The week left behind only one thing to be learned from the wave of bomb threats

A significant wave of spamming targeted Estonian schools and kindergartens on the morning of the incident, generating concern and anxiety among parents, educators, and the wider community. Police reported a large spamming wave intended to disrupt institutional operations, but limited information did not alleviate confusion and uncertainty. School heads were responsible for determining whether to close or open their respective schools.
