The United States will allocate $2 billion to 19 countries for protection against Russia

The State Department announced a new initiative to provide security assistance to Ukraine and surrounding nations. In addition to $675 million in military aid to Kiev, the department will allocate $2 billion to Ukraine and an additional $2 billion to 18 neighboring countries facing threats from Russia.
