The Transportation Ministry reported favorable road conditions on Sunday afternoon, with main and access roads largely dry or wet. However, the risk of slippery roads increased from late evening onwards due to melting frost. Visibility was reduced to below 200 meters in areas affected by fog. Snowmelt was observed on some roads, and minor road accidents continued to occur on smaller side roads.
