The Estonian Parliament’s Second Supplementary Budget for 2019 proposes an additional 220,000 euros for the conversion of the Karlova School building into a school and the construction of a sports field. The budget for this purpose already included 5.2 million euros. The budget for the construction of the sports field is planned to be 7.2 million euros.

Physical person’s tax revenue is expected to be better than the budget, and the supplementary budget will increase the tax base by five million euros. The remaining 2.2 million euros will be the income from city departments, activities support, and other income.
