Vice-Mayor of Tallinn Andrei Novikov announced that speed cameras in the Kristiine district are expected to cease recording violations by the end of the year. According to Novikov, the contract with the company managing the cameras expires at the end of December, and the Transport Department has indicated it does not intend to renew the agreement. The speed cameras will therefore no longer be operational.
