The second pillar is the result of an agreement between employers and unions, and the state does not contribute to it.

The system is stable and independent of politicians. The Dutch pension system is considered the best in the world and for good reason. Although there are three pillars, only two are needed.

The pillar numbers are the same as ours, but the system is completely different from the Estonian one.
