The property on Rauda Street brought the state an additional 50,000 euros more than expected

The property located at Raua street 9a achieved a winning bid of 159,810 euros during last week’s state land auction. The auction included two parcels of land, one situated in the city of Viljandi and the other in the Viljandi district. All properties were offered within the state land auction environment.
