The Tapa district announced last year that the development of a beach volleyball area in the park of the Tamsalu cultural house, funded by the inclusive budget of the tapa district, had won a district-wide competition. The project, which began five years prior in Rakvere city, was illustrated by a photograph. The results of the competition were announced on June 8th, but the winning proposal has not yet been implemented. Following the announcement, the tapa district issued a tender for the project’s implementation on August 10th. The estimated cost of the work was 20,000 euros, and the tender period was set at one week; however, the tender ultimately proved unsuccessful.
