Svenno left the Rapla welfare institution on Wednesday, after which his relatives have not been in contact with him. Police have been in contact with the man’s relatives, have searched the area for him, and checked his possible places of stay, but so far have not been able to find him. Svenno is about 165 cm tall, has a dirty skin and brown eyes, and has dark hair. He can wear two hats on his head: one with a mask and another with a woolen hat on top, so that only the eyes would be visible. He is wearing a hooded suit and black dresses. We are asking everyone who has seen Svenno or has information on his location to give it to us.
