The painter Orest Kormašov found something in the things of his lost father that made him think deeply

Painter Orest Kormašov presented at today’s Father’s Day conference held in the Riigikogu conference hall. During his presentation, titled “Why does a man feel like he wants to become a father?”, Kormašov stated that fatherhood and motherhood cannot be discussed separately. He asserted that a complete understanding of these concepts emerges only when a man and a woman unite.

Kormašov also indicated that he will be working on an older icon, from which a second, even older icon will emerge.
