On August 19th, the Endla nature center was dismantled and transported to Tallinn to serve as a centerpiece for a new nature house project valued at 70 million euros. Former finance ministers identified questionable expenses totaling 14 million euros within the budget of the Ministry of Climate. The ministry declined to provide an explanation for the lack of support regarding these expenditures.

Instead, the ministry shifted focus and reduced funding for children’s environmental education programs and enforcement of environmental offenses.
