A crowded scene is anticipated near Posti street on Friday at noon as residents and visitors prepare for the upcoming paid parking area. The paid parking zone, set to begin June 1st, is expected to create a challenge for residents who will need to choose between purchasing parking tickets and securing alternative parking options on their own property or outside the designated area. According to Mayor Johan-Kristjan Konovalov, the area’s design minimizes the number of residential buildings within the paid parking zone, though some properties will remain inside.
