The Tallinn City Council is organizing a commemoration event for the 1944 March bombing, a tactic familiar to the eastern-based attackers. The event will take place on March 9th and includes a memorial service beginning at the Siselinna cemetery with a wreath-laying ceremony and concluding with a candle lighting on Harju Street. The memorial service, scheduled to begin at 12:00, will be held at the burial site within the Siselinna cemetery. Estonian Orthodox Church Bishop Alexander Sarapik will deliver the eulogy.
