The Tallinn City Council is organizing a commemoration event for the 1944 March bombing, a tactic familiar to the eastern-based attackers. The event will take place on March 9th and includes a memorial service beginning with a service at the Siselinna Cemetery and concluding with a candle lighting ceremony on Harju Street. At 12:00, a memorial service will be held at the burial site within the Siselinna Cemetery, led by the Chief Priest Alexander Sarapik of the Estonian Orthodox Church.
