Rein and his wife spend most of their days in a wheelchair. They last shared time together before the coronavirus pandemic, when they attended a performance at the theater in Rakvere with a day center. At the Koeru cultural center, Rein is primarily able to view the building from outside, as he is unable to enter due to mobility limitations.
