Farmers in Väikemetsa, near Sõmerpalu, Estonia, are observing favorable conditions following recent spring rains. Taavi Serv, a local farmer, noted that the winter crop, which had melted from the snow, has survived well, and the lack of frozen ground indicates minimal winter frost. Initial spring work is scheduled to commence in April.
