The Finnish Border Guard conducted a fine of approximately 500 euros against two German tourists in Pohja-Soome, Northern Finland. The tourists entered the border zone without authorization in order to observe the border with Russia with their own eyes. The incident occurred at the Suletud Salla border crossing. The fine was issued by the Finnish Border Guard.
