Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced Russia’s willingness to increase the supply of natural resources to China following talks with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in the Kremlin. The meeting, the first between the leaders of russia and china since the onset of the war in Ukraine, was deemed “successful” and occurred in a “warm, friendly and constructive atmosphere.”
