Rescue competitions fail through due to the candidates’ poor language skills and education

The Ida rescue center experienced a high rate of unsuccessful competitions for rescue workers this summer. According to Ailar Holzmann, the aim is for rescue workers to receive a salary of 1.2 times the average salary within a couple of years. Most of the competitions held by the center failed due to a lack of suitable candidates among the numerous applicants.
