On October 13, at 18:00, a man in Toila contacted the police, reporting a fight involving a 47-year-old man who threw a glass bottle at his acquaintance and threatened him with an object. The police subsequently arrested the man. Additionally, on October 11, the police arrested a 51-year-old man in Kiviõli after receiving a report that he had thrown a glass bottle at an acquaintance.
