Russian citizens were detained in Estonia early Monday morning following an incident involving the Narva-Tallinn train. The Police and Border Guard Board (PPA) of Estonia reported that the individuals were removed from the train and subsequently detained. According to the PPA, the detainees violated the country’s visa regime.

The incident occurred at a railway monument. Konstantin Sednev of Izvestija, the Russian edition, provided a photograph of the scene.
