The court of the Harju County has dismissed the lawyer Andra Olmi’s lawsuit against Kristiina Heinmets and has awarded 10,000 euros as compensation for non-pecuniary damage. Olm claims to the press office that Heinmets’ false allegations have caused him significant damage as a lawyer, and that the court did not sufficiently guarantee his future rights, so he plans to appeal the decision. Heinmets is also not satisfied with the decision and believes that he is being silenced.
