The solution is to offer equal opportunities, not outcomes – but also equal responsibilities. Currently, one of the few remaining remnants of Soviet commemorative days – International Women’s Day – has taken on a slightly different meaning for us, differing from the time when men attempted to remain sober and appear at the door with flowers and cake.
