The 10th Iceland of Pets Kihelkonna rahvaralli rally will take place in Kihelkonna. One hundred twenty-seven teams have registered to compete, with eight speed tests scheduled to be run on both Friday and Saturday. The event will be held in the school yard of Kihelkonna and includes the Oriküla pair race, providing a public viewing area. The Kihelkonna rahvaralli is the 3rd stage of the Estonian junior rally championships in classes J16 and J18, as well as the 3rd stage of the EAL rally championships.
