Epp Petrone’s book, “Hiir püksis,” is suitable for presentations in absolutely any age group. It has occurred to me – as it has to most children’s writers – that I am called upon to perform for one class, only to discover that the event is then directed to a large hall and the entire school community is gathered there. Fortunately, I have an escape route: “Hiir püksis.” I know that telling stories about childhood animal tales – and inspiring listeners to remember their own stories and write them down for the future – works absolutely for every age group.

In fact, it also works for adults. I have my own.
