The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) announced on Wednesday that foreign aid reached a record 204 billion dollars last year. Governments increased allocations to refugees and Ukraine following the Russian invasion.

The OECD’s report highlighted the growing trend of international assistance.
