A malfunction has created a gap in the illumination system for the statue of Johann Voldemar Jannsen in Pärnu. The statue, located in the center of Pärnu on Rüütli street, utilizes four underground projectors to provide light. One of the projectors has failed, resulting in a 30-centimeter diameter hole in the “muul” (embankment). Two electrical cables are currently protruding from the opening.
