Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia have agreed to close their borders to Russian citizens holding Schengen visas issued by other European Union countries. The decision follows recent developments and concerns regarding security. The border closures will apply to Russian nationals possessing valid Schengen visas at the time of entry into Latvia, Lithuania, or Estonia.
