The Koplimäe mill, located in the eastern part of Saaremaa, Estonia, remains a dedicated operation focused on organic grain processing. Established as one of the first mills to offer organic flour, the farm received organic agricultural cultivation recognition and organic grain processing recognition in 2007. This recognition has provided various benefits to the farm family.
