Estonian employees can receive a yearly health stipend of 400 euros from their employers, without tax implications. This initiative, created by the state, allows employers to demonstrate care for their employees financially. According to auditor Mai Palmipuu, this represents a strategic business approach, moving beyond inquiries about immediate readiness and focusing on employee well-being.

The 400-euro stipend can be used for various health-related expenses, such as massages or dental check-ups, funded directly by the employer. The program provides employers with a tax-free contribution of 400 euros annually.
