Tehnoloogiainvestor Jaan Tallinn believes the impact of artificial intelligence on the labor market will not manifest as a sudden wave of consolidation, but rather a more gradual and less visible shift occurring within the next few years. Tallinn, alongside investment firm Skaala and venture capital fund Plural’s partner Taavet Hinrikus, discussed the future of the labor market at the Eesti Tööandjate Keskliidu’s (“Tuulelohe lend 2026”) conference. Jaan Tallinn has found that these changes will not be felt for decades, but are anticipated to begin within the coming years.
