The Järva Teataja, thursday, published an introduction on September 7, 2022, detailing several recent developments in the region. E-Piim investors, including former casino businessman Armin Karu, have acquired the Türi dairy farm, established during the first republic. The farm is slated to receive a 2,200-square-meter expansion next summer and will begin producing oat drinks.

The company has also been contracted to transport Katre Kõvask, formerly a board member of Tallink Group. Initial investment for the project totals 12 million euros. Additionally, a break-in occurred at the Tikupoisi restaurant in Paia, near Türi, on Monday morning.

The perpetrator, described as a male wearing a fisherman’s outfit, targeted the donation box, reportedly due to its substantial contents. Scout Battalion fighters in Järva-Jaan conducted training exercises, designated “White Tile,” throughout the last week. During a scheduled break, the battalion participated in a quiet hour organized by local kindergarten children.

Lieutenant Oliver Jõesaar explained that the battalion’s focus is on skill development, as they do not engage in frontline missions. Finally, Türi residents celebrated the completion of the Kahala playground, funded by the inclusive budget. The 50,000 euro budget for inclusive budget is open for proposals from September 1 to 18, accepting submissions from private individuals, NGOs, and companies for projects aimed at improving the living environment of Türi County, excluding those submitted by individuals registered in the population register.
