The Tappa municipality, the Center of State Defense Investments, and Capital Mill – AquaTapa OÜ – have finalized a concession agreement for the development of a sports and leisure center with a swimming pool in Tappa. Construction is slated to commence next spring, with a projected completion date of no later than 2028. The project will establish a new center for leisure activities within the city.
