The air temperature in Latvia is expected to rise slightly starting from the upcoming weekend, according to forecasts. As of Thursday and Friday, the air temperature in Vidzeme and Latgale will drop slightly below zero, with new cold records anticipated. The weather will be mostly dry and sunny with periods of cloudiness expected on Saturday and Sunday, September 10 and 11.

Daytime temperatures will range from +15 to +20 degrees Celsius. Throughout the following week, the air temperature will occasionally rise to +17 to +22 degrees Celsius, although cooler and rainy days are also anticipated. Significant frosts are not expected in September.
