A traffic accident occurred on Sunday at the intersection of Punaane and Taevaikivi streets in Tallinn, resulting in three people being hospitalized. According to police reports, a 49-year-old man driving a Ford Galaxy failed to yield the right of way to a Toyota Rav4 driven by a 65-year-old man. The collision injured a 61-year-old woman and a 60-year-old woman, both passengers in the Toyota Rav4, and they were transported to the North-Estonian Regional Hospital. A separate 80-year-old woman, also a passenger in the Toyota, was taken to the Ida-Tallinn Central Hospital. The circumstances surrounding the accident are currently under investigation.
