The Tallinn rehabilitation center, BNS, treated 568 people in August for alcoholism, with 81 of the individuals being women. The center accommodated 23 people from other countries, including 12 from Ukraine, two from Poland, two from Sweden, two from Latvia, one from Norway, one from Moldova, one from Great Britain, and one from Uzbekistan. Throughout the summer months, a total of 1,675 people were receiving treatment at the center.

Data from July indicates 573 people were admitted, with 71 women. Twenty-two individuals from other countries were receiving care, including 12 from Ukraine, two from Poland, two from Sweden, two from Belarus, one from Moldova, one from Lithuania, one from Germany, and one from Latvia. During July, eight minors were taken to the center.

June saw 534 people in the center, with 79 women. Nine individuals from other countries were receiving treatment, including six from Ukraine, one from Mauritius, one from England, and one from Italy. In 2018, a camera system was implemented across all 20 cells of the center to ensure the safety of intoxicated people and monitor their health.
